Be Connect and Beobank laugh in the face of burglars for Beobank Home Secure

There are almost 200 successful burglaries a day in Belgium.  But how many failed burglaries? In the latest Social Media campaign for Beobank Home Secure, an all-in-one security system solution, Be Connect and Beobank tackle the failed burglars and warn the general public: “You won’t always be this lucky.”

It’s a winning positioning: in just 4 weeks, the campaign had already reached over a million people on Facebook and generated more than 20,000 clicks. An outstanding level of engagement achieved, and a fine example of performance from Be Connect.

It’s a well-known fact: fear sells. Especially when it comes to insurance and burglar alarms. Unfortunately, fear is not very shareable on the social networks. Which is why the team from Be Connect launched “You won’t always be this lucky,” a funny campaign aimed at raising awareness about the new Beobank Home Secure product, a connected alarm system available on subscription for only €22/month.
