The UITP is the only worldwide network to bring together all public transport stakeholders and all sustainable transport modes. The organisation chose Be Connect to manage it’s entire online strategy and develop it’s social media presence. By doing so we enabled the UITP to reinforce it’s international leadership role and offer more value for it’s members with more proximity and visibility.

Solution
  • Analyze the existing communication networks of UITP in order to spot its weaknesses or missing parts and develop a custom made strategy around it.
  • Make an overall recommendation on digital strategy (Web Presence and Social Media) and operational recommendations, action plans.
  • Accompany UITP in defining the objectives of this strategy and relevant performance indicators and piloting dashboards.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of its corporate and events Web/Mobile sites.
